When you are using our services, we may collect:- Account Information: name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, profile photo.
- Profile Information: height, weight, activity level, wellness goals and other information you voluntarily provide.
- Wellness & Sensor Data: steps, distance, calories, sleep duration, sleep stages, heart rate, SpO2, VO2 max, exercise routes when GPS is enabled.
- Nutrition Data: meal photos, meal logs, estimated calories, macronutrients and nutrition goals.
- Device & Technical Information: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, device identifiers, crash reports and diagnostic logs.

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:- Provide, operate, and maintain our services
- Improve, personalize, and expand our website

LIF may request access to Camera, Photos, Bluetooth, Motion & Fitness, Location, and Notifications to enable features such as AI Meal Log, device pairing, outdoor activity tracking, and reminders. You may revoke these permissions through your device settings, although certain features may no longer function properly.
7. Connected Devices & Health Platforms
LIF supports integration with compatible health platforms and wearable devices, including LIF Core Smart Ring. Depending on your permissions, we may synchronize health and activity information required to provide our services. You may disconnect connected devices at any time.
8. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
LIF may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide wellness features and insights. AI generated outputs are intended for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be interpreted as medical advice or used as a substitute for professional healthcare services.
9. Corporate Wellness Program
If you participate in our Corporate Wellness Program, LIF may process your information to administer the program. Where permitted by applicable agreements and laws, participating organizations may receive aggregated or program-related reports. LIF does not disclose your personal health information beyond what is authorized or required by law.
